As a customer of Treefrog Hosting, you will already have an account set up with us. We require you to reset your password to login to the account. To do this, follow these steps: 

  • Head over to and click on the login button the top right of the screen, or if you are on mobile, click on the menu button, and click on login. 
  • Press the "Forget" button. This will open up the "Lost Password Reset" form. Enter your email address that you used to purchase your services with Treefrog.
    • If that email address is correct, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
    • If you do not receive an email in 3 minutes, check that the email address is correct, and/or check your junk/spam folder 
  • Choose a secure password for your account or allow the system to generate a secure password for your account.
  • Finally, click on "Save Changes" to save your new password. 

You password has been changed and you can login into your account.
