After reseting your password and logging in, we strongly suggest you to add a payment method to your account to prevent your services from stop running at the monthly or annual renewal date. To do this, follow these steps: 

  • Head over to and login into your account. This will open your dashboard
  • Click on your name and profile picture on top right corner of the page. This will open a dropdown menu. Select the "Account Details" option 
  • On the left sidebar, select "Payment Methods" 
  • As there will be no credit card information stored, the page will prompt you to add a credit card. Select "Add New Credit Card"
  • Insert you credit card number, expiry date, and CVV number
  • Add a billing address which corresponds to that credit card if you have not done so already 
  • Click on "Save Changes" and your payment methods have been saved
